1.1. Returns may be requested within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date of the order.
1.2. To be eligible for return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact. Promotional items or samples, and products purchased through third parties or resellers, are not eligible for return (in such cases, please contact the seller directly)
1.3. For food safety reasons, returns will not be accepted for containers that are open, used, and/or have altered seals.
1.4. Proof of purchase (invoice) and the order number are required.
1.5. Oligio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
1.6. All returns, claims, and refunds are processed in accordance with the claims policy of the logistics operator, SHIPHYPE.

2.1. Email --------- including your order number, the reason for the return, and attach the purchase invoice and photos of the product, its packaging, and the shipping label.
2.2. If the return is due to an error by Oligio or the logistics warehouse (for example, an item different from the one ordered was shipped, or the product was damaged in transit), Oligio will cover the cost of return shipping.
2.3. In all other cases (for example, if you changed your mind or made an error when ordering), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
2.4. Do not send the product back until you receive instructions from our team.
2.5. Once we receive your request and review the submitted documentation, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return and the next steps.

3.1. Returns for international purchases will only be accepted if the product was delivered damaged or if a different item from the one ordered was delivered.
3.2. If the order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must notify us at --------- within five (5) calendar days thereafter. After that period, claims will not be accepted.
